Creativity For Mental Health at The Hermitage Museum

Using a variety of art-making materials, this class will focus on the positive psychological, emotional, and social aspects of creativity. This welcoming group setting will help students enhance social connections and reaffirm that all humans have the capacity for creativity.

Discussions will focus on ways that creativity can help improve mental health and demystify the creative process. If you have an interest in art and being creative and want to learn how to incorporate it into your life, this is a great class for you!
