The Art History of Warfighting: Educational & Art Therapy Course (ATCB Approved CE Course)

From cave paintings to burial rites, humans have always found ways to make sense of conflict through creative expression. This course explores how warriors across history used art, story, sound, and symbol to process combat, preserve memory, and find meaning in the face of violence and loss, and what that long tradition can offer art therapists working with military populations today. Participants are encouraged to share, ask questions, and bring their own clinical experiences into the conversation throughout. This session focuses on Prehistory and Early Civilization, examining the earliest evidence of how humans represented conflict, survival, and communal memory, and how those forms can inform present-day work with service members and veterans.

Adaptive and Accessible Art (ATCB Approved CE Course)

Accessibility in art therapy is about so much more than physical accommodation. It means getting creative with tight budgets, making the most of whatever resources are available, and building processes that genuinely welcome people across a wide range of abilities and needs. In this one-hour webinar, two experienced art therapists get real about what inclusive practice actually looks like, sharing five adaptable approaches that work in the settings most of us are actually in. Whether you're in a community health center, a school, a hospital, a private practice, or somewhere in between, you'll leave with fresh ideas and tools you can put to use right away. Participants are encouraged to join the discussion, ask questions, and share ideas from their own practice throughout the session.

Yoga & Mental Health (ATCB Approved CE Course)

Yoga is more than movement, and this course is for anyone who has ever been curious about what it actually is. This introductory session breaks down the basics of yoga philosophy in an accessible, welcoming way, exploring its spiritual roots, its core practices like breathwork, asana, and meditation, and where it naturally connects to the mental health concepts we already work with every day. No yoga experience needed, and no prior knowledge assumed. Whether yoga has never crossed your mind clinically or you've been quietly curious for a while, you'll leave with a new lens and some genuinely surprising connections to the work you're already doing. Participants are encouraged to share, ask questions, and bring their own perspectives into the conversation throughout.
