Warrior for Life Fund’s Resilient Warrior Program

This free, virtual 6-week group provides practical, evidence-informed mind-body strategies designed to help veterans and service members effectively manage stress, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

Sessions will be held once a week for 90 minutes, and the group is exclusively open to active service members and veterans. While participants are encouraged to engage with their cameras on and contribute both verbally and via chat, we fully respect individual privacy preferences and participation comfort levels.

This program is proudly sponsored by the Warrior for Life Fund, in collaboration with the Home Base Foundation.

“The Resilient Warrior program is an important extension of our mission to serve those who have sacrificed so much,” said Ryan Croley, Executive Director and Founder of Warrior for Life Fund. “Community education initiatives like this provide an important starting point for veterans and service members. We’re helping them build new skills and make new connections while also creating opportunities to connect them with local services for more complex challenges such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).”
