This free, virtual 6-week educational group provides practical, evidence-informed mind-body strategies designed to help veterans and service members effectively manage stress, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being. This is a non-clinical group.
Sessions will be held once a week for 90 minutes, and the group is exclusively for active service members and veterans. Participants are encouraged to be fully present; however, we respect individual privacy preferences. Cameras are not required, and the use of aliases is welcome.
This program is proudly sponsored by the Warrior for Life Fund, in collaboration with the Home Base Foundation.
“The Resilient Warrior program is an important extension of our mission to serve those who have sacrificed so much,” said Ryan Croley, Executive Director and Founder of Warrior for Life Fund. “Community education initiatives like this provide an important starting point for veterans and service members. We’re helping them build new skills and make new connections while also creating opportunities to connect them with local services for more complex challenges such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).”
